Ah, music. From gym playlists to concerts, tunes that let us get our groove on are always great in our book. Whether we’re chatting about Beyonce’s impressive rap skills in her latest song with other half Jay-Z, Future, as well as DJ Khaled “Top Off,” or reminiscing about music from back in the day (oh boy, that would be Def Leppard, Belinda Carlisle and Eddie money for me) or excited about checking out a new regional band, one thing’s certain: our enjoyment of music never goes away.
Music defines us. many of my junior high memories are of playing the cello in institution as well as getting hooked on REO Speedwagon as well as Cyndi Lauper. These days, I’m enjoying the great tunes of The Slakas, a terrific traditional rock cover band based out of southern new Hampshire (Billy Squier, Foreigner, Heart . . . ). as well as my music collection on my phone? Wow. It has whatever from Disturbed as well as Jewel to Bruno Mars as well as Bocelli.
